Will I own the website?

Any photos or other material that you provide to us belongs to you. All other website elements and the code we use to build the site are leased by you from us.

You are granted the right to use the website we create and maintain for you as long as you remain a customer.

Will I own my domain?

Yes. Whilst we will register and maintain it for you, you will always be the legal owner of your business domain. Should you cancel your rental we will transfer the domain to you.

How are minor website edits handled?

Your service agreement with us includes 30 minutes of support work such as content changes, photo updates, etc. per month; we’ve found this to be more than enough to keep your website information up to date.

Do you handle software updates?

Yes! It's all included in your rental service. We scan your website regularly to ensure it stays safe from malware and other threats.

We also make sure that the back end systems that power your website are kept up to date.

Do you include SEO

Absolutely! Each of our websites are written and coded to be optimised for search results.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use GoCardless, a UK-based financial technology company that offers an online direct debit payment solution. This enables us to collect and manage recurring payments from customers.

Founded in 2011, GoCardless has grown to serve over 85,000 businesses across the UK and internationally.

GoCardless is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is known for using secure, bank-grade encryption to protect transactions.

They handle the entire process and we never see your bank details.

If you prefer to use a debit or credit card please get in touch and we'll send you a PayPal payment link via email.

What will you need from me?

After you sign up you'll be taken to a short form to complete about your business. You can also send us any photos you want on the website.

Vehicles with signage, previous work, team members etc. are all welcomed but by no means necessary as we have a huge library of stock images.

When will the website be live?

We aim to have your site live within 7 days.

Who hosts the website?
